The primary use case of BlueEye Connected Paramedic platform for Project CRITICAL centres around integrating wearable biometric sensors and real-time video streaming to assist paramedics in providing enhanced care to patients in emergency situations. The Connected Paramedic platform enables paramedics in the field to stream real-time data, such as vital signs (ECG, respiration, heart rate, temperature), and live video to remote medical specialists.
This platform leverages the European Health Data Spaces (EHDS) to ensure secure, GDPR-compliant data transfer from paramedics to hospitals or home care providers using 5G/6G public wireless communication.
