Public Safety, and Defence, need to be able to operate in areas with, and without any commercial coverage. Communication with the outside world should be possible. This use case tests the integration of PPDR related applications in Network on Wheels. Communication should be enabled internally with Mission Critical Services (MCX) like PTT, but also HD video sent from a UAV or a helmet camera to a local HQ.PPDR related applications are tested, like MCX (PTT), Voice over NR, Voice over IP, and other applications/features.
