Two scenarios are relevant for the use case:  

- UC scenario #1: Co-created engagement in urban communities:
This use case scenario includes artistic co-creation  as well as media / VR interaction with the municipality.

- UC Scenario #2: Co-created engagement in rural areas:
This use case scenario includes remote operation and emergency situations as well as management of infrastructure crises and disasters. Then, there is a need for a reliable network with features that support real-time communication and situational awareness (e.g., using VR headsets) for the coordination of private and public resources involved.
