Prosperancy
The main premise: In the digital future of augmented reality, Metaverse and high-speed internet interconnectivity a wide range of online services will need several layers each provided by different companies – a composite service. Any composite good or service has the inherent issue of leaving the consumer in a loophole of uncertainty which party to blame for substandard performance.
Project overview: Create a transparency protocol that will compare the service qualities on the machines of the users and on a third-party server. The data should be stored separately and accessed by third parties, such as dispute mediators. In the experiment, we should establish the appropriate parameters for the composite service (e.g., latency and quality) that would trigger dispute conditions. The project aims to bridge those parameters with actual dispute resolution, where the mediator, arbiter or judge will have general guidelines on the severity of the breach of the contract
