Residential Broadband
This scenario focuses on residential broadband coverage and the ability for users to be served by dual GEO/LEO connectivity. Here, a user is associated with a household and wishes to experience residential eMBB services to their fullest extent (i.e., with a user experience comparable to that assuming a terrestrial FWA connectivity). 3 different sub-cases are defined: 1) LEO or GEO selection depending on QoS, 2) IAB for residential broadband and 3) TN / NTN switching for energy-saving purposes.
